Lisa Spivey, principal, is a global business consultant focusing on innovative business strategies. She has experience in international projects and negotiations with a wide range of clients in North America and the Asia Pacific region.

Spivey has built ventures in the U.S., China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Vietnam. Her particular expertise lies in launching key global initiatives that can be scaled and measured by quality and return on investment. Throughout her career she has directed business development and project management of cross-cultural and virtual teams. Most recently, she has focused her unique set of skills on leading organizations in global business development, program planning and implementation, project and event management, and stakeholder and sponsor management.

Spivey is a graduate of the Beijing Languages Institute, and has a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
